Wool fabric
Wool is antistatic and does not attract dirt as easily as other fabrics. It is also naturally water-repellent, meaning liquids penetrate slowly into the fibres. To preserve the appearance of the fabric, gentle vacuuming with a soft brush is recommended weekly. Most stains can be removed using a standard pH-neutral detergent diluted in lukewarm water (follow the product instructions). Be aware that excessive moisture may cause slight shrinkage or changes in appearance.
- Blot up as much liquid as possible using white paper towels or a clean cloth.
- If the stain has dried, remove as much residue as possible by vacuuming.
- Gently rub with a clean, white cloth.
- Press a dry towel or white paper towel against the fabric after each application of water to lift moisture and dirt.
- Use clean water without detergent for final rinsing.
